LENT AND EASTER AT ENGLISH MARTYRS CHURCH
LENT & EASTER AT ENGLISH MARTYRS CHURCH: Please collect a Lent & Easter Service Programme from the back of the Church, which gives all the details of Lenten Services and Easter Masses during the Holy Week. There will be copies available throughout the season of Lent.
LENTEN TALKS: There will be two Lenten talks delivered by Fr Pius Collins on Wednesday 2nd and 9th April after the 7.30pm Mass. This year the theme will be A Year of the Lord’s Favour.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS: Every Friday after morning mass and in the evening at 7pm. This is a traditional form of prayer and devotion associated with Lent, as it follows the journey of Jesus from Pilate’s palace to his crucifixion.
