JUBILEE YEAR PILGRIMAGE: To mark the Jubilee Year of hope as a parish we will be going to our diocesan Cathedral St George’s on Thursday 27th November 2025. We will be leaving at 10.30am and taking the159 bus to Imperial War Museum, from there it will be a short walk to the Cathedral. Programme includes to walk through the Holy door, adoration, Holy Mass at 12.30pm after Mass to have a packed lunch nearby.
PARISH MEMORIAL MASS: Friday 28th November 2025 at 7.30pm We shall be remembering all our parishioners who have gone before us and remember all our loved ones by lighting a candle during mass. After mass there will be tea/coffee.
QUIZ NIGHT: English Martyrs Church Quiz night is on Saturday 22nd November 2025 at 7.30pm in the parish hall. Adult ticket £10.00 each under 11yrs is £5.00. Ticket incudes entry, meal and a free glass of wine/soft drink. Get your team together (Max 8 in a team) for a night of fun and competition. Great prizes, good company, and a battle of the brains you won’t want to miss”. Tickets are available after all weekend masses. All proceeds go towards the Church Maintenance.
